Studio Being Unstable

Since Oct 20th, studio turned unstable no matter what game file I have opened. Whenever I tab out of studio or having a recording software opened, studio runs completely normally.

I tried resetting my pc, reinstall studio multiple times, disable all beta features, and reinstall Windows 11 but none of them did not fix the problem.
I have all my drivers updated as well.

System Info: AMD Ryzen 5 3600 6-Core Processor @ 3.6 GHz, 32GB, NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1650

Since studio works completely fine when I try to record the problem, here are some screenshots of the micro profiler. I’m assuming that the spikes are the cause since they don’t appear when I try to record.

Are you using Windows 11 24H2, or 23H2? I’ve also been experiencing issues with Studio since I’ve updated to 24H2 (FPS used to be fixed at 60, now it frequently dips down to 30. Sometimes when Studio is happy, it goes back to normal)

I’ve also been randomly getting this error in the output (which I’ve confimed is originating from Studio, since I got it to appear in a blank baseplate), which might be related to this issue:

Although it could also be related to the new Explorer beta. I tried turning the beta off but the fps issue persisted

It’s likely related to Windows 11 24H2. See this post for a temp fix.
