Studio Crashes On Play or Loads Infinitely

Hi there! When I hit play when in studio, studio either crashes or loads infinitely. It depends on the project.

When it loads infinitely I get this error:

Here are my pc specs:

Device name	DESKTOP-M97K0QT
Processor	AMD Ryzen 5 5600X 6-Core Processor 3.70 GHz
Installed RAM	16.0 GB (15.9 GB usable)
System type	64-bit operating system, x64-based processor
Pen and touch	Pen support
Graphics Card	AMD Radeon ™ R9 390 Series

PS: I would post a bug report but dont know how to. I cant choose the topic.

The error seems to suggest Roblox or Roblox Studio is corrupted. I would re-install both.

I have already tried that. Or is there some other way to reinstall then uninstalling and the installing again? Like deleting cache or something…?

Also thank you for pointing that out with the logs. I’ll post them at the dump as soon as I am able to:)

Deleting the Roblox folder under %localappdata%, then installing Roblox and Roblox studio may work.

I do not use Windows so before doing this, make sure the local plugins folder, place file folder, and auto-recovery file folder are not under this folder to ensure you do not loose any of your work.
