Seems like it wasnt fixed… Roblox Studio gets unclickable after i stop the runtime, then i get this. Saving still the same stuck

@butterthebig do you have any ETA?? its stressful to test now, since undo history are gone when i close the app on the stupid freeze

Experiencing the same thing too, after play test widgets start to bug out and leave a trail (not so sure how to explain this), the world doesn’t load and scripts are uneditable

I thought no one posted about this, I was having the exact problem
When I got the screen in the picture, I tried to publish to Roblox as fast as I can, but it got stuck at the publishing process and it never completed.
I think I found a way to reproduce the crash glitch, I am unsure if is exact same though, me just trying to help:

I had to unistall and reinstall studio to fix it. So i feel like this is a corrupted file issue.
Im also experience the same issue across all my project places. This started happening for me yesterday (im using mac air)
As of the latest studio version (0.664.0.6640713, May 01) I’ve been having this problem.
Roblox studio seems to show different versions too, also I sometimes get Update Available button and once I click it, it just restarts studio without installer and the version remains the same.
Installer can be found in Roblox Studio file location for those who need it.

This has started happening to me today. My studio design also changed too, I don’t know if that’s why, but this was occurring hour or 2 before that

I started having this issue with the most recent update, as of late Wednesday or early Thursday this week. My issue is that intermittently when I Stop play mode, I’d say one in every 15 attempts, Studio freezes. The viewport is blank grey, I can’t click on any buttons, buttons don’t highlight when hovering, I can’t open any menus. The only button that is still interactive is the X button in the top right to close Studio. I can click it but Studio doesn’t close for another 20 seconds or so.
I haven’t been able to replicate this is an empty baseplate project like some other users. This only occurs in my active projects.
My current version of Roblox Studio is 0.671.645.6710542. I am attaching my most recent crash log here for you. Thanks for taking the time to respond and I hope you can get a fix soon because while this doesn’t delay development a lot, it is extremely annoying. Good luck!

Can you try turning off betas? Got another DM from someone that had the new acoustic simulation beta on and had a similar issue. It’s possible there’s timing issues on certain machines?
I sent u off logs, seems u didn’t seem them yet. Any news on this? still having the issue.
I tried to disable team create but the unclickable softlock still happens. Though there is no read only connection message.
To add, I can’t close the roblox studio itself unless I use task manager to shut it down
