For some reason my roblox studio has been having frequent frame stutters all of a sudden when interacting with the explorer or things that aren’t the viewport. My best guess would be something related to a recent update.

Expected behavior
Smooth framerate without stutters.

I changed my explorer to new gen explorer and restarted roblox studio (cus it asked me to) and the frame stutters seem to be gone. I don’t know if this is temporary or something but I’ll update if the stutters are back
I have had this issue too. There is no code that I have that is performance intensive, and if it is, it is smoothed out by many task.waits. Yet I am still having large stutters every second or so. I have only noticed this when playtesting on the server side, but I suppose that it could be happening other times as well.
Are you on windows 11 24H2 by any chance ?
