Studio Levels // Count hours, earn XP, and stay motivated!

But that would be cheating, wouldn’t it?

Not if you actually did the hours.

This might be the coolest thing I’ve ever seen on here. This will for sure help my productivity haha

I would call that a negative-sided gray area.

Here are my hours so far:

I’ll probably update the image sometimes

Update: My time at May 23rd was level 31, and now it’s level 69.

No way. A loss is a loss, the best way to come back is to just get the hours again. I have no real idea on how many hours I actually had, so an estimate would only leave me at an unfair advantage. I believe I can come back anyway since I live and breathe development in Studio - spending upwards of twelve hours a day slaving my life away to the computer gods.

tl;dr - i’m good!! i’ll get back there eventually, after all, I did get to level 306 after less than a month of working normally

Hey I just noticed that now every time I open studio my level resets. (Studio might be updating and that could be causing the problem).

Does this still happen? If so, this is likely an issue with Studio.

This is really helpfull! For leveling up and helping newer developers, and even helping competitions!

Suggestion : add a coins in levels. (coins are used to earn more EXP). People can get coins by scripting or dragging object and levelling up. every XP upgrade is will multiply the XP by 1.1x. every level up gives us coins (you will make the amount of coins will get).

And also make sure Studio Levels is still popular.

Since the plugin is simply motivational, and not an actual economy system, I won’t implement something like this. Thank you, though!

No it doesn’t. Now I have to grind another 200+ hours to get back to the level I was at :(.

My data got reset ever since I got a new computer.

Help

Wait… does this mea data gets reset every time someone gets a new motherboard? Oh god

This is a good idea, in theory. People may farm XP, and besides, who would use this. If Roblox implemented it, it would be better. Besides, people need passion from their own heart for motivation. Not some Level XP Plugin.

Possibly. I don’t have any way of manually saving, Roblox does.

If you don’t want it, don’t use it; it’s a free and open-sourced plugin. It doesn’t do harm either way, and if it motivates some people, then why not let them be motivated?

Why the 1666666666666.65 hours in studio?

I messed around with the source code. I like to do that with plugins.
