As I always say, I will believe things when I see them. I am aware that there are of course engineers working on the automated moderation systems and such, however, I don’t believe the claim that they dealt with 1 trillion moderation items even if most got denied. The lads at Roblox love to exaggerate, lie and bring huge unthinkable figures and thinking I or other smart people would believe their BS claims.

Also, if you live in any country or nation that’s part of the European Union, a note gets appeared in your account or asset/content moderation message, and all of the time it says the action was automated, never ever seen it say it wasn’t (human action or involvement). This is a big proof that there’s little to none human involvement in moderation actions.

I am convinced if any are there, they’re all employed to monitor and ban people like Ruben Sim and Schlep and content/assets related to them.

But maybe at the best best, they might only be employed at appealing and even that is doubtful for me, or for at least visiting popular games to make sure the Content Maturity Label there is accurate and for putting the right game genre manually.

No offense, but if you aren’t satisfied with the huge amounts of transparency Roblox has shown so far, I don’t think you ever will be. As much as people complain about “Roblox never listens” and whatnot, they have been pretty shocking transparent as of recently. Previously (just 1 or 2 years ago) we wouldnt hear zip from them regarding any controveries… Its not a huge amount of information but this stuff takes time to be talked about internally. You won’t see the likes of this from any other big game company really.

How many comments have you deleted from this thread so far?

The DevForum moderation team seem to have only deleted replies which aren’t actual questions for RDC. They’ve still kept up the questions about user safety, though.

Roblox has been around for 18-19 years. Stop making me feel old.. haha

I might want to ask about plans to allow people to host decentralised instances of Rōblox.

Will we ever see 3rd party technologies i.e Nvidia dlss get added to Roblox? And does this mean we will get better access to specific hardware components (GPU,CPU) for better optimizations?
