As I always say, I will believe things when I see them. I am aware that there are of course engineers working on the automated moderation systems and such, however, I don’t believe the claim that they dealt with 1 trillion moderation items even if most got denied. The lads at Roblox love to exaggerate, lie and bring huge unthinkable figures and thinking I or other smart people would believe their BS claims.
Also, if you live in any country or nation that’s part of the European Union, a note gets appeared in your account or asset/content moderation message, and all of the time it says the action was automated, never ever seen it say it wasn’t (human action or involvement). This is a big proof that there’s little to none human involvement in moderation actions.
I am convinced if any are there, they’re all employed to monitor and ban people like Ruben Sim and Schlep and content/assets related to them.
But maybe at the best best, they might only be employed at appealing and even that is doubtful for me, or for at least visiting popular games to make sure the Content Maturity Label there is accurate and for putting the right game genre manually.
