Note: I just started using substance painter so I am pretty much a newbie in it.
Why my model doesn’t look good in blender in comparison to substance painter?

Am I not exporting the textures right or something?

It probably just has something to do with the lighting. The one in blender looks much darker.

I edited the texture by increasing Color and Clarity
Render with proper lighting:
Left side model is original and
Right side model is edited
Oh, in that case, I wouldn’t be so sure on what to do. I haven’t used substance painter before

In Substance painter, you have maps Like AO. In blender, you have to set up special systems to accommodate those maps. You can combine your AO and Color maps. Refer to my tutorial:
