There are a few ways to start your career at Bloxeo Hotels. The most obvious method is just going through the application and training processes. In some cases you can also buy a rank in our group, but there’s no way to skip the application process. In order to claim your purchased rank, you’d need to be a Trainee already. However the ranks are never given away for free or granted to friends.

Hotel Guest
A regular Guest. This role can be easily earned by anyone after joining our group.
Noted Guest
A special rank occupied by the special/honoured people (e.g. Former HRs).

Trainee
A rank automatically awarded to those who start their career at Bloxeo Hotels after passing our job quiz. Trainees can learn about their future positions from other LRs and access behind the counter. However, they cannot serve other people.

Bar Worker
Buyable. This rank is gained by bartenders. The Bar employees are supposed to serve people at the Hotel Bar.
Receptionist
Buyable. This is gained by receptionists. In this position employees work at the hotel reception. Receptionists can check-in/out the Guests.
Security Staff
Buyable. This position is gained by the security guards. Their job is to protect the hotel and prevent inappropriate behavior from other people.
Senior Staff
A rank awarded to the hard working employees, who deserve a promotion for their excellent grammar and behavior. Senior Staff’s job is to oversee other LRs operations and assist. They can also work at the every spot in our hotel.

Supervision Team
A rank given to those who regularly contribute to our group, have spent a lot of time in our hotel and know almost everything about our community. Supervisors are tasked with observing LRs and assisting with trainings and shifts.
Management Team
Buyable. A rank awarded to the most dedicated and devoted regular members of our group. Each deserving member of the Management Team has helped in at least a dozen shifts and regularly contributes to the group forum. The Managers’ job is to manage the actions that happen in our group and to lead shifts and help with hosting the training sessions.
Senior Management
This position is awarded to those who put a lot of effort in their job. They are the absolute constant and most dedicated part of our community. Senior Managers’ job is to observe and control all staff operations and to host shifts and trainings.
