What time do I join the server?
(This is the same time for all training days!)
The Training Center UNLOCKS at xx:50 - the hour before the session.
The Training Center LOCKS at xx:00 the hour of the session. Which is the time the session begins!
2 | Department Overview
At Sweetiéz, we have a total of 3 departments. All three departments handle different responsibilities, and below you can find short descriptions for each!
Public Relations Department
The Public Relations Department mainly handles alliances, events, social media, and advertising. If you wish to form an alliance with our group, contact a member of the Public Relations Department.
Employment Department
The Employment Department is responsible for anything to do with staff members. Such as Management Applications, staff inquiries, etc.
Moderation Department
The Moderation Departments goal is to keep the group, game, and discord server running smoothly. Members of the Moderation Department receive a high level admin commands in game.
3 | Rank Information
At Sweetiéz, we have many different ranks who each have different responsibilities in the Bakery. Please take the time to read each one to gain a better understanding of each rank!
Valued Customer
The first rank you are given when you join the group.
Noted Customer
This rank is given to former staff members who have resigned, friends and family of the President, etc.
Allied Representative
This rank is given to those who represent at Sweetiéz on behalf of our alliances.
Trainee
To become a Trainee, apply in our application center! After doing so, you may attend a training to rank up to Cashier.
Kitchen Leader
The highest LR rank. Kitchen Leaders have the ability to attend trainings and supervise alongside the trainer!
Public Relations Coordinator
Public Relations Coordinators are the heads of the Public Relations Department. They handle alliances, social media, and they keep the groups partnership affairs organized.
Employment Coordinator
Employment Coordinators are the heads of the Employment Department. They handle any staff issues, inquiries, applications, and more.
Vice President
This rank is given to a trusted member of the community. The Vice President(s) oversee the whole group and manage all 3 departments to ensure that things are running smoothly.
President
This rank is not obtainable, as it is given to the owner of the group.

4 | Alliance Requirements
If you are interested in forming an alliance with Sweetiéz, please ensure that your group meets the requirements listed below, or else your request will be ignored.
Requirements
- 50+ members in your Roblox group
- 20+ members in your Discord server
- At least 2 representatives must join all required servers that Sweetiéz owns
- Representing members must be willing to announce anything that we announce
- Your group must have an active community, with at least 10+ members in an MR+ position.
If you meet these requirements, please locate the next section, titled “5 | Alliance Application.”
5 | Alliance Application
If your establishment meets our requirements, you can apply for affiliation with Sweetiéz. To begin, answer the questions below in a seperate document. Then, please locate our discord and contact a Public Relations member via the ticket channel.
Questions:
- What is the name of your Roblox group?
- Please provide the links to your group and your discord server.
- Why did you choose to ally with us?
- How will our affiliation benefit us mutually?
- Are you willing to announce anything that we announce?
- Do you have at least 2 representatives who will join all of our required servers?
If you have any other questions/concerns about forming an affiliation with us, please create a Public Relations ticket through our communications server.
