Reproduction Steps
To Reproduce:
- Open Studio Place file that has Team Create enabled.
- In Game Settings > Permissions > Collaborators, in the “Search by username” search bar, attempt to find user “Ford1015”.
- User “Ford1015” does not appear on the list, despite being on the site (https://www.roblox.com/users/29941193/profile).
The developer is on my Friends List, though I don’t believe that is a requirement. The game is Public.
For additional information, the developer was banned for 7 days which ended on May 31, 2021 - about when the issue started. The developer has gained access to their account when their ban was lifted.
Expected Behavior
I expect that this developer would be listed in the “Search by username” search bar.
Actual Behavior
Developer does not appear in the “Search by username” search bar.
Workaround
Group access is available, just not individually.
