Team Create Operation Failed: Cannot Access Universe Settings

Reproduction Steps

Join Team Create in:
Experience (Universe ID): 833209132
Place ID: 2376885433, all other Place IDs within Experience


Expected Behavior

Upon loading into Team Create, Roblox Studio is expected to load Game Settings, allowing the user to access Experience assets, Experience settings, and upload new assets.

Actual Behavior

Upon any user joining Team Create in place under this Universe, the Asset Manager fails to load assets, new assets cannot be uploaded, Game Settings cannot be accessed, and the following error is printed in the console:

Operation failed. Please check your network connection and try again. If the error persists, contact Customer Support - Studio
15:42:19.849 :arrow_forward: Error when loading place settings, please reload the Game Explorer (x22)

Some further information:

Errors continue to print in the output regularly. You can see from the attached screenshot that one of the errors has stacked 790 times. We believe this issue is happening because we’ve hit a larger amount of assets in our universe than the rate limit allows for
