My place “Onyx Research Facility” within my experience “Onyx Research Facility | InDev” has been “banned” so pretty much nobody can join it except my account.
This is the error after atempting to teleport from the hub place “Onyx Research Facility | Indev” to “Onyx Research Facility Ingame”.
I am very certain that what I’m saying is correct because I’ve changed the placeId in my script to the “ARCHIVED: DEV PLACE” file and it did in fact teleport, unlike the other Ingame place which is supposedly banned.
Do any of you have any idea why this occured and/or how to solve this issue? (For example how I contact Roblox support to solve this moderation issue)

that might be mean that your game haven’t published, you can’t use teleport when you’re in studio, and if your other place is a independent game you have enable allow third party teleport
No it’s published and I am trying it in on the website (not studio). The two places are also together not independent (I showed it in the screenshot)
Like I said I already changed the placeid of the teleport script to a different place within the same game (so called “experience”) and it worked. So it means that that the place I’m trying to actually teleport to has been moderated or something.
My question is how do I contact roblox to get rid or solve the moderated-place issue.
