Test server failing to start

When clicking Start on the Test tab, the server loads fine, but when the client window starts, the server will output “Error while starting server: Failed to start network server, port:53640, error id:5”, and the client will soon fail to connect (ID 17, connection attempt failed).

It happens with any amount of clients or any place file I open. I made sure that I have the newest version, and checked both public and private networks when the firewall popup came up.

This just started happening to me today but it seems like somebody else also had this issue back in March but never got any answers. Is this happening to anyone else or is there a solution I’m missing?

I’m assuming it’s a mac computer? If so you can follow the steps posted here to fix instead of restarting computer.

Seems to have fixed itself after restarting my laptop a second time this morning. Using Windows 10.
