I know what you were trying to do with the mustache and cat mouth, but (some people) may misintepret it as something else. So that’s why it got moderated.
To fix it, I think you should thicken the mustache.

The image itself looks quite suggestive and I can definitely see why your asset got moderated. Try contacting appeals, they will help you out.
