We’ve been working on the hospital on/off for about 4-5 months. But recently we restarted again and we’ve been moving pretty quickly.

Is there inspiration from The Last of Us in here? The map looks really similar to I believe the university area… I recall some dialogue from Joel about coffee in that area. It just looks so similar and the atmosphere also has that same gritty dark feeling that I got from The Last of Us.

Correct you are 
It is heavily inspired by the Hospital level in TLOU2.
We worked on trying to mimic the lighting as closely as possible. It took a while but we think we’ve gotten it pretty close.
