The Roblox chat filter is not appropriately censoring 18+ words/phrases

Description: The Roblox filter is not censoring words, phrases, and abbreviations that relate to 18+ content in public spaces (group walls, about mes, group ranks, account user/display names, etc.) that should be censored. Assuming that Roblox uses some automated tools to assist moderation, these tools are also bypassed, allowing inappropriate behavior that is in violation of the Roblox Community Standards, ultimately causing a significant safety concern.

For specific examples of the same type of suggestive text used that should be filtered can be found on the following group walls:

The reason I am filing this as a bug report is because I assume that this is not intended behavior for the Roblox chat filter.

The groups you linked have found ways around the filter by altering certain inappropriate words/phrases to bypass it. This is inevitable and you should instead be reporting the groups in question so they can be moderated accordingly. Roblox is constantly updating its filter as new bypasses are discovered, and you can report them via this form (accessible to Regulars only).

TL;DR - This is not a bug, Roblox never censored these phrases in the first place. There are thousands of users/groups with inappropriate profile features (display names, usernames, bios, etc.) that have bypassed the filter and the most you can do is report them.

I don’t have access to that form, and this topic was approved and moved here by a Roblox staff member.

That form is not supported by staff anymore.

Pretty sure it is. Engineers have been pointing developers to it just recently:

Idk. All the phrases that I sent were never added to the filter even after a whole year, and I also had information that it was not supported.
