Looks insane, nothing to it. If something had to change, I would make the blade slightly longer, because the hilt seems out of proportion with the blade.
I would name it Ethrel’s Blade (maybe add a bit of lore to it!) or Dragon’s Fang.

The sword looks really good because the colors fit really well together and the light on it just adds more depth to it.

I used C4D, although Blender is the (far less ) expensive tool (aka free) which will work just fine
I think that Dragons Breath is a good name for a red or orange version and Iron Fury for a more basic or less colorful version.
