There’s two values, Purchased and Earned. I hope this answered your concerns. 
I dont think they would do that since it’ll just jack up the queue, making it take longer to process the requests, perhaps they could lower it to 75 or 80k but i wouldn’t expect it to be lowered to 60k or less
I like this change even tho I don’t own a game at the moment.
In the future this change would be really useful for either me and of course for anyone that makes profit with their games.

If it were less than appeared anyone could do DevEx.
Where should I expect to see the option to cash out on the website now? I can’t find it anywhere, and I don’t believe anything has affected my elligibility to cash out through the developer exchange since I last did so.
edit: I finally found it; it’s under the “Create” page, even though all information I read related to DevEx says it’s on the “Account” page (i.e. Settings). The information on the website really needs to be updated to be consistent…
