Tips for making a good Star Wars Game?

I definitely agree. Roleplay games are really cringe, old and boring. Everyone starts out with making a border roleplay. Even popular people say it themselves. A lot of people just play border roleplays to spawn kill people. Be stupid, or just dumb.

Instead of a border roleplay on the planet Coruscant. I was thinking of a game idea like this:

You can join these two roblox groups/sides. The Confederacy of independent systems [CIS], or Grand Army of the Republic [GAR]. OR you can stay as a civilian, explore, become a bounty hunter, do missions etc. You are able to travel to different planets etc, if your on either or either team. You are able to fly ships etc, go into hyperspace.

If you are on the GAR team. You will automatically spawn as a Cadet, on the planet Kamino. You will have to do tasks, and do a simulation, upon completing. You will automatically be ranked to the next rank, in the group. This will give new players a little taste of combat. It will also limit the amount of alt users, who like to random kill, or spawn kill, or hate to do their job correctly. From receiving the next rank, you are able to travel to another majority of planets and guard and do tasks like. Patrolling, guarding, checking players for passports, or scan documents, and more stuff that may come to mind. Once you reach the rank of Private First or Second class, you are able to join a division. You dont need much combat, cause many people struggle with doing so. If you are in the navy, you can fly GAR ships, etc. You also can be stationed on a Venator Class star destroyer, if not; a planet.

If you are on the CIS team. You are most likely gonna be stationed in a ship, rather than getting the ability to explore. Majority of people are going to be joining the republic, so we will make it more fun that random killing civilians will be accepted. This is more for the people who like to do so. There will be multiple planets and you can choose from the one you want to spawn on. This goes for all teams. Bases will be situated on each planet. Equal distances from eachother. Each planet will be a different ROBLOX place. Which will decrease lag etc.

Civillians. WIll be able to work at jobs, and move freely in some areas of most planets. Unlike any military bases they will be forbidden.

If it’s a role-play game, you should try to implement the gun skins and other things like that. Look at games like SCP Roleplay, where they implement gun skins for doing various things In the game. (If there is tasks you can complete to unlock skins)

I wouldnt consider it a roleplay game, it is kinda. But more of an open RPG.

oh, okay :open_mouth: I think you should try to integrate some sort of skins system still though; adding more things players can interact with to earn rewards / skins would definitely get more people to play. Is there anything you could multiple times in the game that would allow you to get something? like kills or maybe protecting an area, etc

Protecting an area, is literally useless. No offence.

Skins, should be given per rank if your on each or either team aside from civilians.

I know that some vehicles have skins, so you will be able to have skins for different vehicles such as LAAT’s, ARC Fighters, Some AT-RT’s, and other GAR vehicles.

Most, CIS vehicles have no graffiti, or art, you probably wont be able to customize any of the skins for that team.

Gun skins wont really be a thing, but you might be able to add a sticker like in CODM, or warzone. Civilians might have access to skins, but GAR team, and CIS, will only have stickers.

We are trying to make people join the CIVILLIAN team, rather than the CIS or GAR team.
