Tool falls on the floor instead of staying in hand?

Would that be at the 3rd line or the 9th line?

OH change “plr.RightHand” on line 9
to “char.RightHand”
no clue how i didnt catch that earlier

you dont need the waitforchild

It still falls but now it prints the “this script did something” so it’s better?

thats progress…
is the bodyattach still falling with the rest of the model or not anymore?

Yes, it still falls, but at least it does print something.

This is very annoying, but i think that part 1 and part 0 is reverse

Tip: checl that this is in a server script and has to be placed in starter character scripts

it doesnt matter
i’ve replicated the exact script and if i switch around them nothing changes
the only thing thats different for me is the actual tool and the model so the problem is most likely related to that

Should I send a video of exactly what happens?

Yes!!! MUST SEND BECAUSE WE ARE LOST RIGHT NOW

that’d work, you going into studio and individually selecting all the descendants with the properties screen in sight would be great too

Here’s the video of me showing what is happening, I’ll quickly do one of individually selecting all the descendants. (also the transparent gray part is the BodyAttach part.)

Your issue may be because your meshes/parts aren’t welded together. (including welding to the handle)

Here’s going through all the descendants of the pancake.

They are, I made sure when I animated the eating. (let me check handle rq)

he isnt using the handle though, it serves no purpose due to instead of a handle it uses a m6d to attach it to his hand

IT WORKED!!! Thank you so much for that! Thanks to you all too but it actually works because I welded the handle to the BodyAttach.
