The Tool has .ManualActivationOnly property enabled. Disable it and it will work

You need to negate the difVector.Unit.
It would also be good to change the radius range to something like 15-20.

same thing happening to me . i tried everything in the post and it doesnt work . the studio seems to be buggy sometimes .
this solution in my case is using a local script and it worked for me
so after trying every possible suggestion , the solution i found is to change run Context to Client .
