Also learn mathematics 20+20+15=55 the rest will be 45 not 65

You should Make a fair percentage, then you have more chances of developers joining your team. Scripters should get the most in my view as they make the game functional & will always have to keep their code up-to-date even though its old asset of theirs.

I clearly said we are expecting 1,000,000 robux worth of sales in the first month. And if you are not interested to join our team, then why on earth are you even here?

How come we expecting that we got 1M+ sales?

We are spending money on a youtuber to make a video.

Come on mate. Stop trying to point out mathematical errors. His error, yet still an error, is off topic to be spoken on in this post. Take it to Private Messages.

I discussed this idea with my team. The only competition to this game hasnā€™t had an update in months. Creating a huge gap for new groups like mine to compete.

Okay? You do understand even if Flamingo joins a game, without ads your game will instantly flop.

So less people see ads and even lesser click on them. So spending a huge amount on ads is a waste

Not about that, There are million fps games that maybe advertising/sponsoring his game for 10K+ robux. You must have atleast 10K+ robux so you can sponsored in each devices which is pc, mobile and xbox if your game support that devices.

From that million games 999000 of them are bad. We are tryin to be one of the thousand

You canā€™t just letting your game without any advertisement or sponsoring, That makes no sense at all plus Itā€™s not gonna create huge gap cuz you not advertising/sponsoring it to roblox website (not in youtube)

Nope. You donā€™t know how ads work if that is your opinion. If you have 3k robux, then you spend 1k a day because 3k on one go does less joins. But if you have 50k, you do 10k - 20k a day. Then the ads are effective once again. If you have more money, then you can spend more (Assuming itā€™s 8k+) and it would not affect you or your joins.

If you really expected 1m sales, you will know that the game will need to be good first of all for the YouTuber to make a video on it.

Therefore it makes clear sense, you will need good developers, like at least giving them a good share / Payment is good.

If Flamingo made a Video on his game, he would get anywhere from 1k - 10k people in game depending on what type of game. After that, if he doesnā€™t do ads, BOOM!!!. Instant flop, the games start to die and more.

Now, if Flamingo joins the effect will not take place for like 2 weeks. For the first 3 days your game count would stay the same or go even higher. After that your game count drops around 60% - 70%. As time goes on, heā€™ll actually end up with 60 or less players in game and boom. Thatā€™s his game flopped. He needs 10k - 20k daily on ads for 4 - 5+ days to even try to keep it at 1k - 5k concurrent players.

During this, he only made around 30k - 500k robux. Now remember, this is not Flamingo. If this was some small Youtuber with 1k subs heā€™d get 6 - 30 players in game not even concurrently.

About Collaboration

Just by the way, I think I commented on one of your other "game idea--looking for people to make it" posts (which it looks like you took down), you really need to add a section about what you bring to the table. People who are working for royalties don't want want to work for someone else, they want to work with someone else. If you don't bring anything to the table, why would people want to have you take a percentage of the profits and not contribute anything? If you don't bring anything to the table and still want to be a game leader, then you need to have currency to hire and manage workers.

About Your Project

This project is extremely programming heavy. Almost every mediocre Roblox developer can build a map, but programming a FPS building game is something that takes a lot of skill and time. Your pay doesn't reflect that at all. Programming an FPS game like this could take months, while building for this could take days.

My Advise

Start small. I am not exactly the most creditable source for this, but it's true. You're a builder. Instead of trying to get someone to make an FPS game for you, build an obby or something building heavy (if you can't make a good obby, then you should try to get better at building by building a bad one). Obbys almost always make money and someone would almost certainly program it for you (if it's pretty good) for a small percentage. You can then use profits from your obby to hire people to help you make better games.

P.S.

If you want to make an obby, I can program it for you for free. I feel a little bad about being so direct in the paragraphs above, but itā€™s important to know.
