Track When User Follows You For In Game Reward?

I want to know how to be able to track when a user follows you on roblox, so that in turn you can give them an ingame reward such as a cash bonus or something.

I’ve seen this in a few games, such as Bake Da Baby, RIVALS, and more.
If anyone can help me out with how I would go about doing this, thanks!
