Trying to script spinning gui

This is what I’m trying to accomplish, I don’t mess with gui’s much so I’m wondering how they can make a gui that has like 50 frames and rolls down it, I just wanna know if they are using a scrolling frame and if they are, are they removing the scrolling bar and just tweeing down the frame? Not sure how they did it.
