The website bug is present in two places:
First, go on Roblox and select the item dropdown menu.
Second, go on https://www.roblox.com/sponsorships/list/group/GROUP_ID#!/avatar-items, and replace GROUP_ID with your Roblox group’s id.
Expected Behavior
The first page should list all of the UGC items created by the user.
The second page, the group page, should list all of the UGC items created by the group.
Actual Behavior
The first page is limited to viewing the sponsorships of only 10 recently created UGC items.
If a sponsored ad is created for a UGC item that is older than the 10 recently created UGC items, it doesn’t show up in the dropdown menu. Previous sponsorships cannot be tracked, and current sponsorships are unable to be monitored or cancelled for older UGC items.
EDIT: The problem has now grown to the point where either the sponsoring doesn’t work or the page is not able to track analytics (see replies).
I’ve been experiencing the same problem with the UGC Sponsored Ads page. The page is not functioning as expected, limiting the view to only the most recent 10 UGC items and at times the dropdown menu does not work at all. This issue is making it impossible to keep track of previous sponsorships, monitoring current sponsorships, and accessing important statistics such as the performance of ads and ad spending.
I had previously placed multiple ads for a 28-day period. However, I am currently unable to view any performance data for them, and canceling them has become impossible. This is causing significant inconvenience for me as I am unable to manage or view my ads.
I kindly request the Roblox team to investigate this issue. Thanks!
It has been 2 weeks without a fix and it seems like the sponsored ads’ page has deteriorated even more since then.
As stated in the original post, the user sponsored ads’ page shows only the 10 most recently created items. However, the problem has now grown to the point where either the sponsoring doesn’t work or the page is not able to track analytics.
Experiencing the same problem here. Sponsored 5 different items and none of them received any impressions. To prevent further charges, I stopped the remaining sponsors, but have been charged for the first day. Hopefully refunds will be provided once this issue has been resolved
