UI doesn't work on HD 1080 even when anchored and positioned correctly

Can you specifically point out the issue? Is it that the frames inside the ScrollingFrame don’t scale because you’re using Offset? or…

I am using this plug-in. Still getting this issue

The UI that is having issues is located inside of a ScrollingFrame. Using Scale by the way
