Unable to add specific user to team create, or search on the website

Reproduction Steps
Issue appears to be limited to a specific user across the entire platform. Searching for the user to add to a team create or searching for them on the website itself .

Expected Behavior
I expect to be able to see @Zealous_Potato as a user in that list that I can select to

Actual Behavior
I have @Zealous_Potato on my friend’s list. When I search for him, the only result I get is a group using the same name. The user himself doesn’t show up.

Additionally, I get no results for him when I search for him on the website.

Hey! This should be fixed now. For any future users having this problem – an unmoderated search query that is an exact match to your username not returning your account in the search results – please file a CS ticket requesting a cache flush for your account.

Hi! If you’re having this issue (an unmoderated query for your username displaying results that do not contain your profile), please fill out a cs support form and that team will be able to assist you. You can mention flushing the user cache to help with the request.

i requested a cache flush for that account and they should show up now

This does not seem related to the above bug - could you please file a separate bug with this issue?

I do not have the required trust level to do so, but disabling Collaborative Editing has fixed the script issue.
