Unable to select move/rescale/rotate draggers in test mode

As shown in my video below, you are unable to select move/rescale/rotate draggers when in test (play solo client/server, run, etc) modes.
I’m on macOS Sonoma 14.3.1 running Studio 0.615.0.615060. Happens to team members running Studio on Windows, they note it began happening in the past week.

Thanks, we’ll disable that for now. Kinda sucks that these are disabled during that beta though, I’m sure lots of artists and unsuspecting folks would be confused when these just don’t work anymore.
