Unable to unfavourite games

I’ve favourited some random games in the past (like 2 years ago). I already tried contacting support, but all they told me is to “attach” a youtube video, which I already did 2 times and then they just closed my ticket, with no solution whatsoever.

This bug affects all games, and it only affects my account for some reason… I tried using my mobile device, and a different network too. Both didn’t solve the issue. Then I tested it with the same exact browser on a different account, and it worked.

TL;DR: I can't favourite/unfavourite any games, on any device, and it only affects my account.

Most of the time this is caused by unfavoriting games in a short amount of time. this typically only happens if a very large number of requests are made in a short time, which is hard to do manually. I recommend waiting until the glitch resolves on its own. it might be the “429” error if i’m not wrong.
