I recommend that you, should hire him! Soaring has improved so much in last 4 months it’s crazy. I think he is the best option if you have a low budget and want good quality Ui’s! His textures are amazing. I would say for him to still work on some aspects to make it clean but besides that he is great.

This is an amazing artist. I’ve personally seen Key’s growth as a UI designer over the past few months, he’s on track to become one of the best designers on the platform. Highly recommend commissioning him if you’re wanting high quality UIs, at a quick delivery time.
