You should be happy that they don’t use this forum as their internal feature request / bug tracker. 
They have dedicated tools for keeping track of these things, this forum is just for developer input on various topics.
No, that is not the case. The initial bug report was already fixed and extra objects should no longer be selected. That is the same issue @EndorsedModel mentioned. The other issue reported by @Scottifly was not mentioned in this thread until 2 days ago, and as such was added to the bug report. Just because there is a thread about a general topic does not mean we have bugs on our list for every issue!

I’m gonna bump this. I don’t know whether or not this is a Studio bug, but occassionally when I CTRL + Z (after Ctrl + X on an asset), it’ll select the entire workspace and lag my Studio horrendously until I unselect the instances.
