When configuring Game Passes, switching between “General” and “Sales” tabs will prompt a warning saying you have unsaved changes even though you never made any changes. This has been happening for a while, so I’m unable to provide an exact date.
Chrome Version: Version 84.0.4147.105 (Official Build) (64-bit)

The bug report below that I made a while back has repro steps, but maybe the reason you’re having a hard time is due to the fact that it no longer occurs.

(Only the bug that occurs with no changes has been resolved, though. Not when you have made a change:)
