This is an amazing idea! This will benefit so many young developers! Is there a way for the lessons to be on the forum as well? Discord doesn’t work for me 
I think this is a great idea, but it would be helpful if you provided more context as to how exactly this school works. For context, consider these questions:
Is it a community that produces content to help people develop their skills, that students can use / learn in their free time? Is it something that requires students to meet active deadlines to use? Are you only localized in your discord server, or does the school ‘take place’ on a separate platform? Do you have a specific criteria that developers need to meet before becoming a teacher?

If I’m not wrong, they do upload lessons to YouTube as to be a teacher, you need a screen recorder. It’s just assumptions though.
