updateInvalidatedFastClusters/updateEntity triggers on character descendant part property changes, causing spikes

Pretty much the same bug here, not sure why this was marked as Fixed.

Any update about releasing the solution or fix to Fast Cluster performance issues? It’s been a while.

It seems around a month since the last reply about getting the fix out but it seems that it’s yet still not released. My apologies if I come out too often or my posts feel like clutter or spam, but getting this issue fixed is very important for me me and for many other developers. Can we please get it fixed or get a clarification comment on why the fix is still not released?

This is affecting my game too, when people equip just one tool with a few animated textures their FPS cuts in half. Every texture change is causing this function to update the player and performance tanks, even from just one instance of the tool on the player’s character.

They’ve made a fix for it, unfortunately though, they haven’t released it or enabled it yet. Zero communication for the community when asked about it too. There might be some issues or side effects with the fix or something like that. It’s quite frustrating how this issue existed since the release of layered clothing and have been reported since 2 years ago and still isn’t fixed yet.

Multi-billion dollar corporate company seems to employ more on the marketing and management teams than on the engineering teams. Either this or inefficient working is the reason they can’t seem to do anything quick. The thing is, even simple bugs take forever to be fixed. Very frustrating. Even Indie game developers can fix bugs much faster.
