Updates and Changes to the UGC Catalog Application

as far as i know there will be no way to fix the state of these items until public ugc or if your uploader gets reinstated

if your item is now permanently offsale, as far as i can tell your only option to get it onsale again is to get another uploader to post a new version :slightly_frowning_face:

to be honest i don’t completely get the reasoning by which roblox refuses to let you edit the status of items uploaded by kicked creators, its up to them to moderate the items and i dont think all items posted by someone should be blanketed as unusable

absolutely not worth to submit your application right now, it will take 5 months or 1 year and u need a big portfolio and good models of ugc and stuff

Seven months ago, I submitted my application for the UGC program, and I’ve encountered some conflicting information. While researching the UGC program, I found sources stating that eligibility begins at 15 years old, while others suggested the opposite. If I am currently 14 years old, will my application be rejected, or will it simply not be considered? Additionally, I’m curious about the requirements for posting a UGC item. Do I need to have a verified age or a premium account, or is having 750 Robux sufficient?

Ehh, I’ll probably just have to wait till the program becomes public then. It just upsets me that smaller creators with little to no platform such as myself are forced to suffer because the individuals who had platforms decided to abuse it. I’ve emailed support about the issue but it’s been nearly a day and I have not gotten an email back.

Looks like the applications are back. If I apply now, would the team be able possibly respond back faster, has roblox improved the application review system?

if you havent gotten a response within 2-4 months then it’s over. Try again. Don’t blame yourself, it’s very luck based.

To be accepted in UGC program it’s very easy but long you can create a cube with a texture (it can just be a color) and you put it in accessory format you will be accepted. Personally, I prefer to make good images for the portfolio, to be accepted on talent hub jobs.

Is it necessary to have an active Twitter account or can you just create one for an application? Why do they need it?
