I have a question regarding decals.
Question: Is it “legal” to upload non-english text (decals) according to ROBLOX’s TOS?
I’m making a role-play game that is based on a German city (Cologne/Köln) (I’m German) and I would use the sign below for the roads:

I belive there’s no rule against it, but the filter may give false results so be careful.
Providing the text is easily readable and isn’t inappropriate then there should be no issues with moderation, from the looks of your image I see no reason as to why it would be declined.
Examples are just a search away, there are loads of decals uploading in a wide range of languages.
