Waiting for an available server: Retrying… - Issues

Hello!

When I’m trying to join this game, I cannot join because it’s searching for available servers nonstop. I contacted this game developer, and everyone has the same issue.

Note: The game loads only if terrain is removed.

Expected behavior

We should be able to join the game without any issues.

This only happens to me when there is no current players in a server. Might be the case with that.

I had a similar issue before I had to decrease the size of my map. However when the server does load (primarily in a private server), the player gets kicked.

Sudden "InGame.ConnectionError.Unknown" Errors

Upon joining a specific game, one is unable to join private servers or public servers if a new server had to be created. The player will be kicked with either one of the following: Developer has shut down all game servers or game server has shut down for other reasons, please reconnect (Error Code: 1) Failed to connect to the Game.
