Was our ability to post topics in Community Resources/Tutorials stripped?

When I first joined the DevForum via the new approval process, I was able to post in the Community Tutorial/Resources section. That ability has seemed to been stripped now a week later. Is there any reasoning behind this? I was going to post a tutorial on my sandboxing system I used to deobfuscate certain heavily obfuscated scripts, but going through the post approval process for this seems kind of redundant.

Yes, please go through post approval.

We cannot have this category open for New Members because it would lead to low quality community resources and tutorials being posted. The process is relatively fast as long as your topic is all good (we only stop low quality / topics inappropriate for that category).
