From the drop down select the image you created for the texture.
(mine is “Flowers” - its from a past project)

Also make sure you select material preview, its the 2nd from the right:
(this simply shows you what the material looks like)

Ah! This means that the texture was mipmapped. Basically you would wanna scale the UV islands where in the island is smaller and the color overflows.
It worked now in blender but I don’t know how to export the model with the texture. It kinda just did it for me last time but now it isn’t.
You can just import the texture separately (its the original image you created) Just select it in game explorer and copy the Id onto the mesh

It wont let me import the texture for some reason.
