Got it.
What I did wrong:
I used the URL ID instead of the “Copy Asset ID” button.
I put the script in a folder in workspace instead of ServerScriptService.

Bruh, workspace, replicatedstorage, serverstorage and other ones isn’t used to award badge when player joins the game. (It has it’s own goals (Nah, google translate))
