Maybe start taking effects you like and study them and try to replicate them. I have no idea if it’s a good place to start, but it’s pretty much how I started.
I love Spiral Knights, so probably a good chunk of what I know came from trying to replicate effects from it. It also probably helped that Spiral Knights is a pretty low-spec game, so a lot of what I learned isn’t beyond what’s possible in Roblox.

I am currently trying to remaster ‘A Pirate’s Life’. Veterans of this platform can have nostalgia for that game, as it was a wonderful game to play back then. If anyone is interested in helping, I have the map portion down so far, and am in need of a scripter and ui designer to get out an early access version.

it’s genius. with the younger audience of roblox, and the hype of the trend. he should expect 2-3 weeks of pretty good player retention… and then never be popular again.
Judging from how “doge” is still a thing here, He should expect to be popular until the end of time.

like lots of trends, they ended.
Nyan cat, Gangman Style, Dat Boi, We Are Number One, Deez nuts, 1000 Degree Knife, Durr plant, Pokemon Go.
all those trends/memes(while still retaining a small following of people who won’t let the joke/thing die) are not trending anymore. and rarely come up in relevant conversation or memery.
it’s the reason there isn’t a “Nyan Cat Tycoon” or “Escape Dat Boi” on the front page anymore.
