Me like the color scheme.
YESSSSS
Finally figured out how to upload multiple parts without ugly seams in-between meshes
Can you tell how many parts? (no each part isnt 5k tris, the whole thing is barely like 6.5k)
How did you make that mesh?
Like, did you model that in Blender or something, or is it a public domain thing that you edited so that it could be uploaded to Roblox?
You lost me at [quote=“NoahWillCode, post:3756, topic:32228”]
public domain thing that you edited so that it could be uploaded to Roblox?

But it was done in Blender.
Well, I mean, how much of this was yours? Did you create this from scratch, or did someone else make the mesh, you downloaded it, and then edited it so it could be broken into <5k polys per part?
100% me.
Edit: I actually posted the progress pic a bit earlier than this.
Thought I’d share Novaly’s latest project with you guys. Unfortunately, my internet is potatoed right now (.2 megabits per second), so I’ll just post the tweet lol.

I guess it doesn’t fit our marketing premise. It’s a little bit too low poly and artsy for our taste. I’ll share the newly designed loading screen once it’s complete
timelapse pls
But can you build up speed for 12 hours and travel between them to escape the jail in 0.5 ‘a’ presses?
Just wait for the thumbnail
I’d be kinda scared (and intrigued) if there were ways to manipulate Roblox’s default, unaltered character physics to build up enough negative speed to clip into Parallel Universes.
The Spacebar Challenge: Accomplish a goal in any Roblox game with default character physics with as few spacebar presses as possible.
Remove the outlines and it will look better.
How’d you render terrain textures? That’s the real question here.
Hm lol I just saw this. Replying a year late. Uh well I was using the stock OS Raspbian. The secret was using the chromium (I think that was the browser I used) in something called kiosk mode. It just goes fullscreen and the mouse vanishes. I also had it so that the pi would start the browser as soon as it booted up.
Anyways here is another non-roblox project. I’ve begun work on a desktop podcast app built in electron. the basic idea is that you paste in the URL for your favorite podcast’s RSS feed and then the app will grab all of the latest episodes for you. My target audience (i think) is people who listen to podcast often, but some of their favorite podcasts aren’t available on spotify or itunes, or whatever app they use. With this, as long as the podcast has an RSS feed (As far as I know, a majority of them do) you can listen to them all in one place. Here is a brief video of the design mockup. Tell me what you think.
Here is a terrible quality gif for those of you who don’t want to watch the p r i s t i n e video:
I’ll make a tutorial on how to do this sometime soon.
How ;o
