Well I don’t think they went for an exact replica, but the train from the Polar Express also happens to be a 2-8-4 locomotive:
So, something came up information-wise and I’ve decided to redo this project to make it more accurate to its source material.
It shouldn’t take me nearly as long, though, because I’m backporting this thing back to Minecraft (yeah, it started as a Minecraft map) and Minecraft arguably has a much quicker building process, especially when you factor in mods like WorldEdit. Plus, I don’t need to be connected to the internet to play Minecraft
It’ll be incredibly sad to lose so much work, and I won’t be posting updates on DevForum anymore for obvious reasons (so sorry to the like, one person who cared), but I’m confident that this choice will make the workflow of this project a lot easier to manage moving forward.
For anyone wondering: this is my latest work in the Roblox era of this project. While I’m confident that this first city (and many others from this map) will make it into the Minecraft phase, I know for certain that the second one won’t.
And hey, @EpicTradings, rest assured that this’ll still be there in some form
Could you open-source this? I know me and a ton of other people would benefit from that. Either way this is an amazing creation, especially for one day!

However, I’m working on a 3D platformer with characteristics of a MMO/RPG. It will be open world, about lucid dreaming. (Basically you’ll be able to do whatever you want in it, such as exploring caves or going from the Wild West era into the future, because, after all you are lucid dreaming.)
