I haven’t. But I have created a Bezier module for Roblox, but it’s not very clean to use currently. I have a cubic spline system implementation too though, which I’m going to try and use for coasters and paths.
@Spacek531, dang that’s pretty slick already. It looks like it has all the main features of NL track builder already accept the heart-line.
Not on ROBLOX itself, but programming and designing Stylis studios website.
All custom built so far.
If you’re wondering what ROBLOX login is, learn about it here http://stylis-studios.com/loginrbx
A lot of you have already seen it, but I made a worm AI recently. Since I first made the thread I fixed a lot of issues with the AI and released a free model + instructions and documentation for how to use it. Even if you aren’t planning on using it for any projects it is still fun to mess with in studio.

Posting on RBXDev is something not to do at a stoplight.
Just this:
I decided not to do the heartline because there are lots of different coasters with different heartline heights to them, and I didn’t feel like the tool needed it: I use the motors (and more recently, studs and inlets) to determine which way faces up. The video does not show the ‘compiling’ feature, which takes the coaster and creates bricks at regular intervals so that the track can be converted and look good, instead of the cheaper fixed number of points with variable intervals that is used for the shaping.
When I make my coaster creator game, I will think about adding a heartline feature because the coaster type is much more controllable then.

I thought it was fairly obvious. I’m supposed to write an essay but I hadn’t made any progress at the time.

Been working on a big thread full of new ParticleEmitter features that I might be posting later today. Here’s a thing from it.
also thx Chad. I was literally calling this effect “this thing” in the thread but now I realize “flash” really fits.
EDIT: There it is.
