I am seeing my post having longer approval time then others recently approved, is this normal and what is the average time?
I wouldn’t say there is an average time since humans are approving your posts.
And community post approval is being phased out so longer waiting times is expected.

Normally they are addressed in reverse order of activity, but if your post is very difficult to read or it isn’t immediately clear if it follows posting guidelines, other requests made after yours may go first just because it’s easier to address. Make sure your post follows the guidelines and it will be approved ASAP.
