Right, but that is not the objectively correct order. Why did you put scripter over the other roles? I would do the same, but that is just a personal bias I have due to primarily being a programmer. But it is still not objectively correct because there is none.
Would this do?

It really depends. Most developers usually have better leadership skills, so I personally put them over admin/moderator, but that is usually because of past experience and/or because they actually know how the game functions internally so they know what to do, and again, since I am also a developer, just a cognitive bias.
Again, there is no objectively correct order, it varies between communities, but what is objectively incorrect is that you have “founder” and “co-founder”. Founder (singular) implies 100% ownership, having a co-founder implies joint ownership between several people. There can’t be more than 100% shared ownership split between people.
Oh my god. Mate. I understand that. Is this the real world? (Sorry if this came off mean)
I am making a development group. You can check my post if u want.
Why not just have all the developers stuffed in one role? Everyone else already does that.
To be honest for a dev group this is overkill. I would take out the: fans, cool fans, mega fans, YouTubers.
It makes it seems like a game studio more than a dev group.
I also don’t see any point for Head admin.
Head administrator manages the Administrators.
I would say,
Founder
Co-Founder
Manager
Chief Administrator
Administrator
Moderator
Head Developer
Game creator
Scripter
Builder
Designer
Artist
Modeler
Beta tester
Youtuber
Fan
Erm and how much robux is it I have a group and the roles are 25.
In this case, you could put the development categories in a single one with the name of “Developer”
If not just create it with these roles,
Founder
Co-Founder
Manager
Head Staff
Staff
Head Developer
Experienced Developer
Developer
Fan (Only if you want)
Even though I am a solodev, this is what I would do if I was in a dev group:
Creator (Creators, if it wasn’t just a single person who created the idea)
Developer (Sorted into Scripter, Builder, Animator, Gui/GFX creator, etc)
Head Moderator/Administrator (I don’t know the difference between Admin or Mod)
Senior Moderator
Moderator
Everybody else
Admin is the people who can ban and perm.ban etc mods jsyf watch the gme and call fr admin
Wouldn’t moderators also moderate the game, like kick/ban as well?
Who the he’ll wold trust a 16-17 year old with ban?
That statement is very stereotypical when I read it. Not all moderators are 16-17 years old and it seems as though you are assuming that they would instantly go crazy with their ban permissions. I will not discuss this matter further so I will not go too off topic
I understand that. If I hire say a 13 year old with mod with ban. What would they do?
depends on how trustworthy they are. It isn’t possible to know what every single 13 year old will do if they have the power. Some may abuse, requiring a revoke in mod perms. Others may do a good/okay job and be responsible.
