I’ve only seen two games use this type of custom chat, It’s clear their not using the default roblox chat but a custom one. But they both look really similar so I’ve started to think its a free model out there that contains this that they just put with Topbar V3?

i think it is a freemodel made by roblox that people are allowed to freely edit.
