What type of tree would suit this map?

Hiya guys, So I have been working on a map and I would like some help on what type of tree would suit this environment (low poly). Also what more can I add (i.e rocks etc)?

Maybe these could be an inspiration?

I don’t have pictures, but maybe some slightly bent trees? Your rocks look bent, and bent trees is the first thing to come to my head.

There are a ton of trees that would fit in this environment. I recommend low poly trees. As for the type of tree, any tree that belongs on grass can work out. Here are a couple I made in the past, that would look good in your environment! Pine trees would work as well a

As for map suggestions, you could add more nature stuff to make it less empty. Maybe terrain, so ground is less flat. Or you can add paths as well

Otherwise, map looks good so far!

What do you mean bent tree’s?

Just trees that have slight dents in it.

I have some ideas you might be interested in.

I instantly thought of poly clouds when I saw your landscape

Also, I thought of a farm?

… Or maybe just a mill?

Anywho, just some of my ideas.

Oak forest style! Hahaha! It’s the most generic type of forest!

Also I’m thinking about alder trees, those grow near water sources.

maybe use birch and oak trees
they probably would match the style of the map

i know you asked for trees, but, others here suggested exactly what i’d say.

in case you also want feedback so far, i’d suggest having the mountains(??) in the background don’t really have much variety other than size. rotation and putting some of them at an angle would definitely help for a more organic feel, along with more extreme sizes.

hopefully that’s helpful!

I dont think mountains will suit the theme, but thank you anyway
