Why is reflectance reflecting the skybox, not what's actually around it?

How come reflectance doesn’t accurately reflect what’s around it but instead reflects the skybox, and how can I fix this?

What I mean is if you put an object in a room, where it doesn’t see the sky it still reflects the skybox anyway.

Here is an example of what I mean, I have a CD disc in an all black room but when I fly in it is reflecting the skybox.

TO NOTE: It doesn’t reflect that exact image over and over of the sky, it reflects whatever the skybox is. For example, if you change the skybox to let’s say nighttime it will reflect that. I just want to know how to make it reflect what’s actually around it, not the skybox.

Been like this for years, they haven’t and most likely wont change how reflections are rendered.

Because it’s supposed to be, Use a mirror model to do this.

It might not work because you use classic baseplate, try to insert your model in 2022 baseplate

Roblox’s reflections are pretty bad. The only thing that actually has screen space reflections is the Terrain water.
