Wonderland - Assembly Update

Hello there !
Finally making the changelog of Wonderland, after a little pause in the development, I’m back with a brand new and exciting update :>
Enjoy .


Added constraint property frame

Now you’ll be able to set whatever you want for your constraints. From color changes to technical settings, you can now nearly achieve what you want ! (Well, just need to make the technical part work…)

If you decide to make your rod / rope invisible, an indicator will be shown instead in Create Mode


Added CSG Unioning & Subtract for parts !!!

On ROBLOX, you can create specific shapes using something called Union / Subtract. You may assemble parts to make one, or subtract these parts to the desired one !

This lets you create tons of shapes, that can help you build your own world !

Creating one : Simply make the parts you want overlap, and then select the part that you want to union / subtract and click the button !

Restoring it : (undo)

Changing its collision type : Yes, unions have - by default - a non-accurate hitbox (Rough). So holes in it will not be rendered as a hole. To change this, set it to Accurate !


Here is a part I made:

NB: You can’t use unioned parts to union, you can’t use more than 10 parts to union, you can’t also re-union an unioned part.

Added WeldConstraint support !

You can stick parts together using these. Simply click on the 1st icon in the Tool category of your building interface. Then, select 2 parts that you want to weld together ! Simple right ! When doing so, we speak about an Assembly !

So in the upper image, the badly drawn area represents the Assembly ! A green ray will appear between the 2 parts. Select it, and click Delete if you want the WeldConstraint to disappear.

Creating one :

Selection preview : These green boxes around the parts that are welded to the one I selected (red box) is to show which part are welded with the one you selected !

NB: You can freely move this Assembly where you want, all parts will follow !

A quick concept to show you what you can do

Here are some images to understand how I made this:

  • 1st, create the union part
  • 2nd, weld a cylinder (that is behind the union part) to the union part
  • 3rd, add a cylind in bounds of the union part, and modify some Properties of the union part (here: Transparency = 1 and CollisionFidelity = Accurate)

NB: All the parts that are shown has Gravity = true (to make it fall !)

Here’s the result… A real rolling ball eye !


I also changed some technical stuff and even the UI (buttons are remade !).


  • Fixed bug Wo-000024: When changning Position.Z of a part connected to a rope, the rope was still existing.
  • Fixed bug Wo-000025: Changed Z world-axis part size from {.05, 3.9, 7.9, 11.9} to {.15, 3.8, 7.8, 11.8} for stabilization
  • Fixed bug Wo-000026: You could not receive any invitation from anyone after receiving one in the following 10 seconds
  • Fixed bug Wo-000027: Moved invisible walls in Play-Mode that made tiny parts at the front and behind get locked into them when unanchored.
  • Fixed bug Wo-000028: The world now saves and then teleports you to playmode.
  • Fixed bug Wo-000029: Now if you create any kind of constraint, their hitbox will be correctly made.
  • Fixed bug Wo-000030: Unions were not loaded properly, their orientation were not set.
  • Fixed bug Wo-000031: Now, the HostId of the Host of a party is communicated across servers with another way (that is secured :>)


  • Pending Wo-000022 : Camera may not load properly in Edit Mode (depending on the device).
  • Pending Wo-000023 : “Pause” menu (only accessible when you are the host) does not kick players when clicking on them.
  • Pending Wo-000032: Sometimes, when clicking on a button, the selected part is no longer selected, or it changed
  • Pending Wo-000033: Camera can have any angle (even a reversed view)
